Schedule an Appointment
To schedule your appointment with your local WestVet Urgent Care location, please complete the form below.
After selecting your appointment date and time, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes while you complete the scheduling form. If the scheduling form is not completed within the 15 minutes, you may be required to select a new date and time.
After submitting your scheduling form, one of our caregivers will review your request and respond back with the appointment status using a text message. As our scheduling can quickly change, we will do our best to accommodate your requested appointment date and time.
Only one pet can be seen per appointment slot. If you have more than one pet that needs to be seen, please call us.
