Chase Health Advance & Care Credit |

3 Months No Interest
Pay for your pet's treatment over a 3 month period with no interest. Minimum monthly payments are required. Available for treatments fees of $300 or more.
Delinquent and Unpaid balances are subject to up to a 24.75% APR

Extended Payment Plans
Enjoy a low interest rate with fixed monthly payments on treatment fees of $1000 or more.

apply for a payment plan, please submit your application online
or ask a client care specialist for an application when
you arrive. Approval usually takes less than 20 minutes. New accounts are subject to a $45 set-up fee.
